commences – using pure stream water (once just drawn from nearby the family home but in more modern times carefully measured for its alkalinity and purity) and flavouring – when desired – with pure ingredients… Lavender.. Chrysanthemum.. Citrus.
Originating from the marriage of a Japanese woman to a Chinese ancestor in Malaysia, the Sake that has resulted is truly a master blend or fusion of a Japanese style Sake given a Chinese overlay.
